What happens on your side

Pay safely on Zoset
Pay by UPI, debit card or credit card. Your money goes to Zoset, not the seller, and stays with us until your outfit reaches you.

Check it within 48 hours
Once it arrives, you have 48 hours to check it. If everything's right, mark it received and rate the seller.

Report anything wrong
If something isn't as described, report it within those 48 hours. Your payment stays held while we review it.

What if something goes wrong?
The outfit isn't as described
Report it within 48 hours of delivery instead of confirming. Your payment stays held while our team reviews the order, including the seller's packing video.
The seller doesn't ship within 3 business days
You can cancel the order and get a full refund.
You forget to confirm
If you don't confirm or report an issue within 48 hours of delivery, the order is completed and the payout is released. Check your outfit as soon as it arrives.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method or bank account within 3–4 working days.
