Question 1

What is Zoset?

Accepted Answer

Zoset is an online marketplace for new and pre-loved ethnic wear — lehengas, sarees, dresses, jewellery and more. Sellers list outfits they no longer wear or brand-new pieces, and buyers shop them at a fraction of retail price. It's a simple way to give beautiful outfits a second life while supporting sustainable, circular fashion.

Question 2

How does Zoset work?

Accepted Answer

• Sellers create a free profile, list their outfits using listing credits, and ship sold items directly to buyers. • Buyers browse, order, and get free delivery, with every listing reviewed and approved by our team. • Payments stay protected with Zoset until the order is delivered and confirmed — keeping both sides secure.

Question 3

Do I need separate accounts to buy and sell?

Accepted Answer

No. One Zoset account lets you both buy and sell — no separate sign-up needed. Just log in with your phone number and switch between shopping and listing anytime.

Question 4

Is my payment and information safe on Zoset?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your payment is held securely and only released to the seller after you receive and confirm your order. Zoset logs you in with your phone number only, and we handle every order and dispute through the platform so your experience stays safe and transparent.

Question 5

How does Zoset handle disputes fairly?

Accepted Answer

Zoset protects both sides. Sellers can upload a proof video showing the product's condition right up to packing, and buyers must submit an unboxing video to raise any damage claim. If a dispute arises, our team reviews both videos before making a fair, final decision. These videos are deleted a few days after the process is complete.

Question 6

Where does Zoset deliver?

Accepted Answer

Zoset delivers pan-India, with free shipping on every order.

Question 7

How do I contact Zoset?

Accepted Answer

Reach us anytime on Instagram @zoset.in or WhatsApp +91 99982 99017. Our support team is happy to help with listing, orders, delivery, payments, or anything else.

Question 8

Can I give feedback?

Accepted Answer

We'd love to hear it. Whether it's about an outfit you bought or sold, your experience on Zoset, or something we could improve — message us on Instagram or WhatsApp. Your feedback helps us make Zoset better for everyone.

Question 9

General terms & conditions

Accepted Answer

• One account works for both buying and selling. • Buyers get free delivery; sellers arrange and pay for shipping. • Payments are protected until orders are received and confirmed. • All disputes are handled through Zoset using proof and unboxing videos, and our team's decision is final.

Question 10

How do I buy on Zoset?

Accepted Answer

Shopping on Zoset is quick: • Sign up in seconds with just your phone number. • Browse new and pre-loved ethnic wear — lehengas, sarees, dresses, jewellery and more. • Add your favourites to cart and check out. • You'll get an order confirmation on WhatsApp and inside the app, and you can track everything from your Orders screen.

Question 11

What payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

You can pay securely using UPI, debit card, credit card, and net banking. Your money stays protected with Zoset until your order is delivered and confirmed — so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

Question 12

Is delivery really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — buyers always get free delivery on Zoset, on every order. The seller handles and pays for shipping, so the price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise courier charges at checkout.

Question 13

What does the "Verified Price" badge mean?

Accepted Answer

A Verified Price badge means the seller has submitted the item's original invoice and our team has verified it. So when you see the badge, you know the outfit's original price is genuine — helping you judge the real value and deal you're getting on a new or pre-loved piece.

Question 14

How do I know the size will fit?

Accepted Answer

Every listing shows detailed measurements so you can buy with confidence: • Sizes are listed in both Number (26–44) and Letter (XS–XXXL, plus Free Size and Custom Stitch) formats. • Check the exact measurements in inches (bust, waist, length) against a similar outfit you already own. • Look for any noted scope for alteration. Since accurate sizing is the #1 way to avoid returns, always read the measurements — not just the size label.

Question 15

What do I do after placing an order?

Accepted Answer

• Sit back — the seller ships your order within 3 business days. • Track your shipment anytime from the Orders screen in the app or on the website. • You'll get updates on WhatsApp at each step. • Please allow the courier a few days in transit before reaching out about your package.

Question 16

Do I need to record an unboxing video?

Accepted Answer

Yes — please record a clear, continuous unboxing video as you open your package. You don't need it for a smooth delivery, but it's mandatory to raise any damage or quality claim. Without a proper unboxing video, we can't process a return or refund. Don't worry about privacy — Zoset deletes these videos a few days after the process is complete.

Question 17

How do I confirm I've received my order?

Accepted Answer

Once your order arrives and everything's good, mark it as "Order Received" in the app or on the website. This closes the order and releases payment to the seller, so it's an important step. If you don't confirm within 3 days of delivery, the order is auto-confirmed and treated as received.

Question 18

What's the cancellation, return, and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

• If a seller fails to ship within 3 weeks of your order, Zoset cancels it and refunds you in full. • Returns are accepted only for genuine damage or items not as described, and only if you raise it with a complete unboxing video within 3 days of delivery. • Once verified, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days. • Claims raised after 3 days, or without a valid unboxing video, can't be entertained. • Zoset reviews every dispute fairly using both the seller's proof video and your unboxing video before making a final decision.

Question 19

Are the outfits authentic and good quality?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every listing is reviewed and approved by our team before it goes live, and each item is clearly labelled by condition — New, Just like New, or Resale — so you always know exactly what you're buying. Verified Price badges add an extra layer of trust on pre-loved pieces.

Question 20

Why buy with Zoset?

Accepted Answer

• Shop new and pre-loved ethnic wear at a fraction of retail — designer looks for less, while supporting sustainable, circular fashion. • Free delivery on every order, always. • Your payment stays protected until you receive and confirm your order. • Handpicked, quality-checked listings with clear conditions and verified prices.

Question 21

How do I sell on Zoset?

Accepted Answer

Getting started takes a few minutes: • Create your free account — just sign up with your phone number. • Complete your profile to unlock free listing credits (more below). • Go to Products → "Add New Product," fill in the details, and upload at least 3 high-resolution photos of the outfit or jewellery you're selling. • Listing a product uses 1 credit. • Once our team reviews and approves it, your listing goes live for buyers. Whether you're clearing unworn outfits from your wardrobe or selling brand-new ethnic wear, Zoset makes listing simple.

Question 22

How does Zoset's listing credit system work?

Accepted Answer

Every product you list uses 1 listing credit, and we give you enough to start for free: • 1 free credit the moment you create your profile. • 2 more free credits when you complete your full profile details — so a fully set-up seller starts with 3 free listings. Need to list more? Buy credits anytime on our Pricing page. A complete profile also builds buyer trust and helps your items sell faster.

Question 23

How do I take photos for my listing?

Accepted Answer

Good photos sell faster: • Iron the outfit, remove wrinkles, and hang it against a plain background (white is best). For jewellery, lay pieces flat on a clean surface. • Take clear front, back, and close-up shots, plus any detail — embroidery, work, or flaws — a buyer should see. • Shoot in bright daylight so colours look true to the actual product. • Want to show the fit? Add a worn photo cropped above the neck for privacy. • Selling a set/combo? Add a collage of all pieces as your cover image.

Question 24

What details should I include in my product description?

Accepted Answer

The more accurate your listing, the faster it sells — and the fewer returns you face. Include: • The item's condition — New, Just like New, or Resale. • The correct size — Zoset supports both Number (26–44) and Letter (XS–XXXL, plus Free Size and Custom Stitch) formats. • Fabric/material and any design or embroidery work. • Exact colours. • Exact measurements in inches (bust, waist, length) — accurate sizing is the #1 way to avoid returns. • Any scope for alteration (in inches). • Your expected price (Zoset may fine-tune it based on current market demand). • For Just like New or Resale items, upload the original invoice if you have it — verified invoices earn a Verified Price badge that boosts buyer trust. If details are missing or incorrect, the Zoset team's decision on the matter is final.

Question 25

What condition does my product need to be in before I list it?

Accepted Answer

Zoset lists across three conditions, so requirements depend on the item: • New — unused, with tags where applicable. • Just like New — barely used and in near-perfect shape: clean, no stains or tears, dry-cleaned and neatly ironed. • Resale — clean, stain-free, tear-free, washed/dry-cleaned, and neatly ironed before shipping. • Jewellery — no missing stones or damage. • Zoset's commission is deducted only upon a successful sale. View our full commission schedule on our Pricing page. • If an item arrives damaged or not as described, Zoset may withhold part or all of the payment, and the team's decision is final.

Question 26

Can I add a verified price badge to my listing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you have the original invoice for a Just like New or Resale item, upload it while listing. Once our team verifies it, your product gets a Verified Price badge showing its authentic original price. It's optional, but worth doing — a verified price proves the real value of your outfit, builds instant buyer trust, and helps your listing sell faster at a fair price.

Question 27

What happens if my listing isn't approved?

Accepted Answer

If a listing doesn't meet our quality or guideline standards, we'll notify you on WhatsApp with the general reason. Since Zoset uses phone-number login, all your updates come via WhatsApp and inside the app. Fix the issue — better photos, correct measurements — and resubmit anytime.

Question 28

How long does my listing stay live, and can I edit it after posting?

Accepted Answer

• Keep your product listed for at least 3 weeks to give it a fair chance to sell. • Once a listing is live, you can only reduce the price — no other edits. • Need a change? Reach us on Instagram @zoset.in or WhatsApp +91 99982 99017 before it goes live.

Question 29

As a seller, how and when do I ship — and are there penalties for late shipping?

Accepted Answer

• When your item sells, you'll be notified on WhatsApp, in the app, and on the website with the order and buyer's address. • Ship within 3 business days using any trusted courier. • Enter the tracking ID and mark the item as shipped — this is mandatory. • Shipping later than the window incurs a 10% deduction of the product price. • Keep your shipment receipt until the buyer confirms delivery and payment is processed.

Question 30

Who pays for shipping?

Accepted Answer

Sellers arrange and pay for couriering their sold items — buyers always enjoy free delivery on Zoset. Factor courier cost into your pricing so your payout stays where you want it after commission and shipping.

Question 31

What precautions should I take when packing?

Accepted Answer

• Pack outfits securely in a sturdy courier bag or box. • Bubble-wrap jewellery tightly. • Packaging is the seller's responsibility — if an item is damaged due to inadequate packing, the team's decision is final. • Protect yourself with a proof video: record a clear video showing your product's condition right through to packing, and upload it on the website. If a dispute ever arises, this proof helps Zoset make a fair decision and protects genuine sellers. Buyers, in turn, must submit an unboxing video to raise any damage claim — so both sides are covered.

Question 32

When and how do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

• Once the buyer confirms the order, Zoset processes your payment. • Payment is released within 3 working days, credited to your registered bank account. • Keep your bank details accurate to avoid delays.

Question 33

Why sell with Zoset?

Accepted Answer

• Sell what's sitting unworn in your wardrobe or your brand-new ethnic wear — from lehengas and sarees to designer pieces — while backing sustainable, circular fashion. • Start free — 3 listing credits when you complete your profile, with credit top-ups available on our Pricing page. • You only pay commission when an item sells. See current rates on our Pricing page. • A dedicated support team helps you shoot, price, and list right so you sell quicker.

Question 34

Can shops, boutiques, and designer studios sell on Zoset?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Zoset welcomes shops, boutiques, and designer studios to list and sell their collections — both new and pre-loved ethnic wear — and reach buyers across India. It's a simple way to open a new sales channel with zero upfront cost.

Question 35

How do I apply as a shop or boutique?

Accepted Answer

Getting listed is straightforward: • Create your account with your phone number. • Go to Profile → My Shop → Apply as a Shop. • Fill in your shop details and submit. • Wait for our team's approval. Once approved, you can start listing and selling right away.

Question 36

Do I need a separate account to sell as a shop?

Accepted Answer

No. Once your shop is approved, your existing account becomes your seller account — you can list and sell directly on Zoset with nothing extra to set up.

Question 37

What commission does Zoset charge shops?

Accepted Answer

Shops start on default tiers, but collections of 50+ items can negotiate custom rates. Details on our Pricing page.

Question 38

Can I list both new and pre-loved outfits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Shops, boutiques, and designer studios can list new collections and pre-loved or sample pieces — all under one storefront on Zoset.

Question 39

How do I list products after approval?

Accepted Answer

Once approved, you list products just like any seller — add the outfit, upload photos, and fill in details like condition, size, and price. Your listings go live after our team's quick review. Shops use the same listing-credit system as individual sellers, but if you're listing at scale, you can negotiate your credits with us — we're happy to offer free credits to the right partners.

Question 40

Why sell on Zoset as a shop or boutique?

Accepted Answer

• Reach buyers across India with free delivery for customers — no logistics headache on discovery. • Move both fresh inventory and pre-loved or sample stock in one place. • Negotiable commission and credits once you scale past 50 products. • Verified Price badges, a quality-checked marketplace, and dedicated support to help you sell faster.
